Shipping, Taxes & Returns
Shipping & Returns
At Arsène Lippens, shipping is always included with your order—worldwide.
Non-engraved watches may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Watches with personalised engravings are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Taxes
Prices exclude local taxes and import duties. Additional charges related to customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed by our logistics partners or local customs authorities upon delivery.
As we ship directly from Switzerland, the applicable duties and VAT rates vary depending on the destination country. This is a standard procedure for independent watch brands without physical boutiques.
24 months Warranty
The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Arsène Lippens.

The custom AL rotor is crafted with micro-blasting, bevelling, circular brushing, rhodium plating, and hidden perlage. Every element reflects Arsène Lippens’ commitment to precision and finishing at the highest level.

The skeletonized Valjoux 7750 movement is finished without plating, highlighting its micro-blasted bridges and gold-plated wheels with a brushed finish. A raw and honest approach that celebrates the mechanics within.

The iron-grey skeleton dial draws inspiration from Forget About Me’s signature “spider” design. Applied indexes and open-worked structure create depth and transparency, allowing the movement to become part of the watch’s identity.
