Non-engraved watches may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition, unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Watches with personalised engravings are non-refundable, unless defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied. Taxes

Prices exclude local taxes and import duties. Additional charges related to customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed by our logistics partners or local customs authorities upon delivery.

As we ship directly from Switzerland, the applicable duties and VAT rates vary depending on the destination country. This is a standard procedure for independent watch brands without physical boutiques.

24 months Warranty

The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Arsène Lippens.
