Non-engraved watches may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Watches with personalised engravings are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Taxes
Prices exclude local taxes and import duties. Additional charges related to customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed by our logistics partners or local customs authorities upon delivery.
As we ship directly from Switzerland, the applicable duties and VAT rates vary depending on the destination country. This is a standard procedure for independent watch brands without physical boutiques.
24 months Warranty
The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Arsène Lippens.
FlyBack: The New Complication
Thanks to our proximity to the Vallée de Joux, we have chosen to partner with some of the finest watchmakers in the world enhancing the Visionario with a Valjoux 7750 Flyback movement. While preserving the original case dimensions, we have increased the water resistance to 50 meters (5 ATM).
On the Wrist
An Arsène Lippens watch on the wrist shows the harmony between case, dial, and strap. The genuine leather we use is chosen for comfort and durability, giving the watch a natural presence on the wrist and completing its character in everyday wear.
